Time flies even if you're not having fun

There just isn't enough hours in the day, but things move along nonetheless.

I've been considering doing a gratitude mailing to certain people, those of you that have made the pre-game show what it is, simply because I can't do anything else. I love what Aporia Agathon is doing with "Our Lost Puppy", but no way I can do that due to time constraints (and, for that matter, I can't seem to mentally formulate a pastry-based ARG; mayhaps others 'round here have ideas for that?).

What I'm afraid of is that, whatever I send out, might be construed as the start of the game. Which it won't be, or so I figure.

Have to think about this some more.

In the meantime, everyone's asking "when?" I'm shooting for early June, and if all goes well it should have a three or four week run, or more if I can hold it out long enough. There are still some rather big gaping holes to be filled in, and I simply haven't had the mindset to deal with it. Game's just not ready yet, and like I've said many times before I have no intention of half-assing this one.

On the business front, apparently I'm becoming rather popular. I've had at least four or five PMs come to me asking for advice or try to recruit me. As it stands now, in addition to my own ARG it seems I'm going to be working on at least two other professional, corporately funded ARGs. I don't think I'll make a dime on either of them, but at least it'll get my name and that of Darklight/BrainClouds out there.

Anyway, you've got a lot of (admittedly pastry fanatical) players eager to SINK THEIR TEETH into this one. (Oooh, wow, that was a bad one...) We're for now content to wait because based on our previous experience with you we know we'll be literally up most hours of the night, and with fresh updates. So all that recognition you're getting? Yeah, you deserve it.
