META - The Oncoming Flood

I've been swamped as hell the past several days; at my real world job we've been working towards a demonstration of our #1 product to the largest customer we have (the CITY of New York), so I've been working 16+ hour days since Friday.

In the back of my mind I have an idea for the next step, and it's kind of a big one. I admit it's also something that I only thought about recently (damn it, why can't I have these cool ideas months in advance?). There's a need for some technical aspects and developments that I simply need to get around to, and I just have to make time to square everything away.

Plus, as usual, some things did not go as planned. Two ID cards disappeared in to the ether, some discoveries were made later than expected (I am surprised people didn't try to look for the other firewalls as soon as the general theme was obvious, so I was forced to improvise a list), some not at all.

So, yes, technically there is some "busy work" being provided; I prefer to do that, however nonsensical it may be, rather than simply go dark for days. Besides, what's an ARG without an encrypted message here and there, huh?

So, patience please. Like I said, this game wasn't going to have a very long run, and I'm going to make a rather strong push towards the endgame in the near future. Stick around, it should be entertaining.
